Hi Sad Guy, I’m not sure the laws in OK and I’m definitely not a lawyer, but my 1st and 3rd had open containers. In my situation, it only strengthened the DA’s case against me. I received no ticket or fine for them and my attorney said if we were to fight the charge in trial, they would use the open contain against me as evidence. Hopefully it’s that way in OK too.
